How do I get to my hotel?

How do I get to my hotel after arriving at London's airports? 

The Clermont hotels are situated in very convenient locations and can be easily reached via London's public transport. For information on London's Underground and other public transport options, please visit: https://tfl.gov.uk/plan-a-journey/

Can I arrange an airport transfer to my hotel?

What time am I able to check in and out?

What time am I able to check in?

If you have booked direct, you can check in at any time*; when it’s convenient for you.  

Otherwise check in is from 3 pm. If you would like to arrange an earlier check-in time, let us know and we’ll do our best to arrange that

What time should I check out by? 

Check out time is 11 am. If you fancy staying a little longer speak to the team at reception upon arrival or during your stay and we’ll do our best to arrange that. 

If I arrive early will my room be ready?

We cannot guarantee your room will be ready if you arrive early, however, we can do all the pre-checking in paperwork and store your luggage for you.

What facilities do you provide for children?

Do children stay free?

A family room can accommodate a maximum of three people (a maximum of two adults with one child, or one adult with two children). A family room can consist of either a double bed and sofa bed or a double bed and a single bed, only one child can be accommodated on the additional bed or sofa bed. If you wish to bring an additional child another room would need to be booked. We have adjoining rooms which can be requested upon booking.

Do you provide cots or extra beds for children?

We provide cots free of charge and this can be arranged when making your booking for a Classic Double/Twin or larger room. If you would like an extra bed, please check before booking that this can be accommodated in the room type you wish to book.

Do you have family rooms at your hotels?

Yes, both Charing Cross and Victoria have family rooms or interconnecting rooms with extra space for children.

Can children have their own room?

Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult staying in the same room.

Do children eat for free?

Children up to 12 years old eat for free with a paying adult at breakfast and from our all-day dining menu. Half portions will be provided. 

Children 13 years or older are charged full price.

Do you have luggage services?

Will I be able to store luggage at my hotel? 

Complimentary luggage storage is provided at all hotels, prior to check in or at check out. Your luggage must be collected by midnight on the day of departure. 

What is your smoking policy?

Can I smoke in my room?

All of our hotels operate a strict no-smoking policy in line with UK Smoking legislation. This also applies to electronic cigarettes (e-cigs and vaping). 

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Fast, free Wi-Fi is available in all bedrooms and public areas in all our hotels.
